'Rome Open City' at Exeter's Phoenix Arts Centre

Come to an afternoon showing of the iconic neo-realist film Roma Citta Aperta, one of the major sources of inspiration for Early One Morning. Tickets can be bought from the Phoenix Box Office or on the door.

Danielle Hipkins, Associate Professor of Italian Studies and Film at the University of Exeter will introduce the film and Virginia will talk about how the film impacted on her and the creation of her fictional world.  After the film, there will be an opportunity to ask both Danielle and Virginia questions over a convivial glass of wine.

This event is organised by Exeter’s Italian Cultural Association
